The Great Pumpkin

Katelyn's class went for a "Fall Walk" recently. They were going to be identifying signs of fall and going to see a giant pumpkin. When the teacher sent a note saying parents and siblings were welcome to come, Tanner and I were all for it! Katelyn was excited for us to come.

We walked a couple of blocks and arrived at the house with the biggest pumpkin in Utah. The owner, whose kids go to Katelyn's school, came out and told the kids about how he grew the pumpkin, the size of the plant, etc.

This pumpkin weighs 919 pounds!

They got to touch the pumpkin. Pretty cool!
