Canning Fruit

I canned peaches and apples last week! A little self portrait showing my excitement.

And turned them into these. YUMMY!

Thanks for your help, Mom! (Can you tell she didn't want to smile for the picture?)

She was probably a little miffed because she was doing the cleaning up while I was taking pictures and whining about all the work it had taken to get all that fruit canned :)
She kept reminding me how good it will taste throughout this winter. She's definitely right. It will be worth all the effort. Thanks Mom!!
